Invisalign®

Say Goodbye to Braces and Hello to Your New Smile!

Our Process

Invisalign® vs Braces

When choosing between Invisalign® or braces to help straighten teeth, a lot of people don’t know much about the benefits of using Invisalign® but we will tell you everything you need to know about our favorite clear aligners!
Invisalign® offers an easier life than normal braces for its practicality and comfort, as it does not have brackets and you won’t have any problems with mouth cuts or having to avoid hard or chewy foods. In addition, Invisalign® treatments usually require a visit every four to six weeks, only to make small and simple check-ups and modifications on your attachments, while with braces you must come to the office regularly for every adjustment.

Is Invisalign® for you?

If you’re thinking about getting Invisalign® but don’t know if you’re a good candidate for it, we’re here to help! If you have excess space between your teeth, minor to moderate crowding, or if you need your bite corrected, we’re happy to tell you that you’re a good candidate for Invisalign®.

If you want to explore this option we will take a series of photographs and X-Rays and submit them to Invisalign®. After receiving their input we will proceed with clear aligners, usually taking from six to eight months to complete the whole process.

Our Process

Invisalign® + iTero

Invisalign® has partnered with iTero, and Taylor Dentistry has done the same.

Even before starting your treatment, we use the iTero software to know if Invisalign® is the best option for your situation. During the Invisalign® process, the iTero technology is used in every visit to the hygiene department. With a painless, mess-free, and fast scan of your mouth, the iTero can give you an accurate vision of what your teeth look like and what your progress has been. From the aesthetic of your smile to the alignment of your teeth, it shows wear, gum recession, and more.

Using iTero, we know the best way to continue treating you and make the right modifications to your Invisalign® attachments, each one with a particular shape and size, designed for a specific movement, and chosen for a specific tooth, completely personalized and painless, different from the metal brackets used on normal braces.
